'Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place'

'It’s poorly maintained. The photos are not exactly what you get (we missed a table). Cleaning supplies smell is everywhere. The sheet had strains. Breakfast was said to be just a muffin, coffee and juice before 9am (I decided to skip). Really find a better place'

When I checked out, I asked if there were any additional charges on my card and was told "no'. Then later an additional charge appears on my credit card. When I called to ask about the charge, I was told it was for parking. Very upset when I had no knowledge about having to pay for parking.'

'The property was clean. I stayed in a suite with a pull out bed and a king bed in a separate room. It’s spacious. However the air worked in the room with the king bed and did not work in the other room where my kids stayed. It was a big inconvenience because we had to sleep with our door open to the kids room. I went to the front desk and the associate was informed of the issue . The thermal was set at 64 and the room was 77 degrees. Mind you it was 90 degrees outside. She explained that...
