Great location an easy walk to many attractions in Boston. I was there for the Boston Run to Remeber as well as a weekend getaway with my family. The room was clean and spacious and my son enjoyed the indoor pool. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel!

The only thing I did not enjoy was the fact that there were staff members knowing on our doors at 930pm at night asking us if our coffee maker was working. And as well as we seen them using their keys to walk into other peoples rooms! We did not like that all. Why are your staff members banging on peoples doors at 9pm? We knew it was them because we seen them through the door hole. Made us feel uncomfortable at the moment and glad it didn’t happen again

I had maintenance try to open our door because some lady said it was her room. Then had security come knocking and asked who I was? They said it was a system error but from the moment we walked in the room my name was on the TV screen on the welcome message. Very disturbing that they would actually try to take our door handle apart to get in our room? They did comp us a bottle of champagne and strawberries but we were still rattled

Location was easy for access to downtown Boston and the Seaport area is beautiful
Was unable to get water cool enough to shower and maintenance came in 5 minutes to fix it.
Bed was very comfortable and cleaning staff did a great job very efficiently time wise.

Stayed with husband & 2 young kids we had a good time they enjoyed pool even though it was cold for an indoor pool. Restaurant attached we ended did dinner. & there breakfast restaurant was decent buffet style
