'Everything looked beautiful, and it was all very clean. The building was old, so there were some things that are old, but that gives it the charm. We parked at Copley Square Mall. '

'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'

'AKA Boston Commons is an absolute delight. As a guest who has enjoyed their locations in Manhattan, Washington D.C., and Miami — you cannot beat their elegant, charming hospitality. This location in particular was extraordinary — every team member was fabulous. Sherley at the front desk was stellar. She assisted dutifully with my luggage, accommodations, and thoughtful care. A special appreciation for the doormen who were beyond kind, as well. I stayed for 4 days in late June, early July...
