King Bed Loft in the Heart of Downtown Boston

Welcome to our spacious, open-concept loft in the heart of downtown, just a 4 minute walk to Boston Common and the start of the Freedom Trail.

Close to the Public Garden, Theater District, Beacon Hill, North End, Back Bay, Harborwalk and more!

Enjoy high ceilings and bamboo floors in nearly 1000 square feet of living space, plus a newly tiled bathroom, a comfortable king bed with 100% cotton linens, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The bedroom has a king bed with a memory foam mattress, down pillows, a walk-in closet and blackout curtains.

There's also a queen sleeper sofa with a plush mattress topper that we're happy to make up for you in advance - please request the sofa bed prior to arrival if you'll need it.

The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, cookware, bakeware, olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, and sugar.

In the renovated bathroom, we provide shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a first aid kit, and a hairdryer.

We also provide laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, and a standing fan.

Most importantly, our loft is deep cleaned between every guest.

Please Note:

Central AC is on from about May to October, and heat is on from November to April. We also provide a space heater and portable AC.

Cable is not provided for the smart TV.

Our building is on a pedestrian-only street. City cabs can drive onto our street, while Uber and Lyft can meet you in front of the Godfrey Hotel a 2 minute walk away.

Being in the heart of downtown, there is potential for urban noise, but it's pretty quiet at night.

For your comfort and safety, our building has security cameras in the common area entrance.
