  • This is a large 3 bedroom apartment with new kitchen and bath next to Sullivan Station, 3 min walk to T and bus hub. Only 10 min to Boston. 5 min T ride to TD garden. Easy access to Harvard, MIT, Assembly Square shops and restaurants, and Route 93. Parking for 1 car available. The house is very conveniently located close to the city but also exposed to traffic noise. Pack and Play is available.

Rental was very clean and well furnished. The only thing that I would note is that two of the bedrooms are on the second floor of the unit and the staircase is a spiral that is not easily navigated by someone who is elderly or has physical limitations.

This property worked out great for us. We were in town mainly for a baseball game and the proximity to the T was awesome! The only downside was the narrow spiral staircase. Communication and accommodations was excellent. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories.

Reasonably priced property with lots of space near public transportation and with on-site parking. Worked perfect for what we needed! Caution that two bedrooms are up a very narrow spiral stair if that causes mobility issues for anyone. Was fine for us.

We rented this apartment so that we could attend a show at TD Garden New Year’s Eve. The apartment was very spacious, clean and so easy to get to. Yurek was the perfect host. Very communicative and quick to reply to any messages sent. Highly recommend this property and host!

Only stayed for one night but the place was nice and close to the city. Loved that there was parking available. Plenty of beds/space for our group. Checking in was super easy and there is a whole book with information provided.

Lovely Apartment , convenient location.

This 3 Bedroom apartment is lovely. Very convenient. We were in town for a Boston Red Sox game. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The place was easy to find, located near transportation and easily walkable to restaurants and bars. The apartment was very clean and has three bedrooms. The host was always available with any questions. And as an added bonus there is off street parking available. It was easy and safe to unload the car. We highly recommend this place to anyone considering it. And it's a lot less than a hotel room.

Boston weekend

Very nice apartment. Location was so convenient for taking the train into Boston. Off the main road so you definitely hear the road noise but it didn’t bother us. Nice tavern down the road if you need a local bite to eat. Would definitely stay there if in Boston area again.

Divine Spot!

The property was so clean and well cared for, and we really enjoyed our stay! Jurek was communicative and helpful, and we look forward to visiting again. Also, the beds were magnificently comfy — especially the pillows. Very conveniently located, and the kitchen was well stocked with sheets and trays and whatnot. We really loved the charm of the place, too!

Stayed here one night to take in a Red Sox game. The train is close to the property for easy access. The property is close to a major highway and not much near by. Property manager/owner provided good communication. Would consider staying here again if the need arises. Very clean and nice inside.
