'We enjoyed a one night stay in the Red House. It was very pleasant with tea, coffee, water, and biscuits available on arrival. The hostess was welcoming and had time for her guests. Breakfast was an optional extra, which I liked. We only paid £57 for our stay, considering its proximity to the centre of town. '

'Hotel situated in a quite part of the town, yet not far from sea front and shops. Our room on ground floor was very good, clean warm , breakfast very very good, loads to choose from full breakfast piping hot. Can not find any fault with the hotel.'

'Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach.
