'Everyone was so nice for our concert stay! We had a great time. Lots of restaurants nearby and tge walk to the BOK center was like 5 blocks. Or they have a shuttle if they are not busy. Breakfast was phenomenal at their restaurant at the hotel. We even got an early check in at noon because they had a room available. The valet gentleman was our first contact with the hotel, the older gentleman and he was so kind and helpful!'

'This is not going to be a favorable review, and this is the only time I have left a negative review of a hotel. But this hotel stay was awful. The room we ended up with was not the same as the pictures presented at the time of reservation. There was not a "bar area" in the kitchen, nor did we have the counter space in the bathroom shown in the pictures. We reserved a "city view" room, but our room was on the first floor, and our view was that of an iron gate fence. Our room was situated...

'The bar/restaurant was understaffed. They only had one person working that night so he had to be bartender, host, waiter, cook.... My room had a tv that was way too small and not completely viewable from the bed. It was mounted on the desk and the stand it was on was broken. 'The staff was awesome and very friendly. The woman who checked us in and the night shift dude, he was cool. I can't remember his name, dang it, because he was awesome and he just seemed so happy to be at work. What bothered me was that the A/C did not work well and was hard to figure out how to use. I normally book a room at the Marriott, but I decided to stay here instead and I made a wonderful choice.
