Strategic position to reach the cross courts, the riding school, and the medical facilities “Our Family” and Villa Beretta, Bosisio is a very convenient starting point for reaching tourist locations such as Lecco, Como, Milan, the Monza Park, Bellagio, Varenna .
Bosisio is known for its beautiful natural environment, characterized by rolling hills, woods and the suggestive body of water that makes it a perfect destination for those who love tranquility and nature. In 5 minutes you can reach Lake Pusiano, ideal for walking, cycling and water sports such as rowing; there is the Bosisio Park (equipped area on the shores of the lake perfect for picnics and relaxation), the Fairy Trail (nature trail with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains) and cultural destinations such as Giuseppe Parini's Birthplace and the Church of Sant'Anna.
The apartment, recently renovated and carefully furnished, is located in an independent house. It is easily accessible by car, bus (D55 line from Lecco) or train (Casletto-Rogeno Lecco -Como line stop, plus 1.5 km on foot to the house).
The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor (3 steps) and consists of a large living room with open kitchen and sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with twin beds and large bathroom with walk-in shower. The strong point is the terrace that runs along the entire apartment and which overlooks the surrounding nature. An additional cot is available in the room that brings the number of beds available to seven .
Among the amenities available: air conditioning, flat screen TV, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and large shower. Every detail has been carefully taken care of by the property to ensure a comfortable stay.
Those arriving by car can find parking in the assigned parking space in the courtyard, right in front of the house. The apartment comes with sheets and towel sets for all guests, plus a welcome kit that includes oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap and toilet paper.
Management is entrusted to Nativoo, a benefit company committed to concrete and measurable sustainability objectives. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project, an initiative that promotes sustainable development in the short-term rentals sector on Lake Como and in Valsassina. City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights

In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
