« Communication with Property Owner was excellent. This cute little cottage has been renovated and has a nice feel indoors. There is a beautiful porch on the back with a lovely view. The unit includes a mini fridge and mini microwave along with a little table and two chairs. If you have long hair, water pressure could be a concern. My shower worked great but the sink water pressure was not strong. The bed was comfortable and the decor was nice. The air conditioning works fine. »

« Such a great experience! Everything was clean and better than we imagined! Aaron sent videos on how to run everything right before our arrival. We loved the outdoor shower, comfy bed & having a variety of games to play. Such a beautiful property! »

« We stayed in this cabin for two nights with our dog and it was very peaceful and fun! The cabin has a campfire, lots of batteries for charging, lights, battery fans, etc. There were many long walking trails with fun activities; like kayaking, axe throwing, a pizza oven… Exactly what we were looking for! Would stay again! »

« The cabin was nestled far enough back from the road with great surrounding trees that it felt very private and quiet. We loved the cabin, it was clean and cute and had everything we needed! Perfect town for a quiet getaway, beach, history, dining, it was perfect! »

« We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was very clean comfortable and cute. As described in listing, the cottage is a bit of a walk from the parking area. But the location of the cottage (with dappled sunlight, picnic table and grill) is very pleasant. We paddle boarded at several high quality locations in the area. We also enjoyed a couple of hikes and ate great seafood. We would stay here again. »

« Please listen closely!! If you pass this place up, I truly feel sorry for you. I am on a first time adventure to Maine from Indiana and this is my FAVORITE place stay of ALL TIME. I wish I had done my homework and planned more time at Desert of Maine. Our cabin was cozy after a nice evening by the fire. Loved the shower!! I will definitely return for a girl's trip with my sisters!! (Cabin 17) »

« House is tiny. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Linens were plush. Kitchen fully accessorized. Ocean and bay were within easy walking distance. Could actually hear the waves from front yard. Neighborhood quiet,neighbors friendly »

« Fantastic setting, quiet and serene but close to quaint town and shopping. This place is perfect! We had our 2 goldens with us and they loved it too. The shower is amazing. The view-perfect. Wonderful communication from the owners. I highly recommend this place. »

« Great location to Freeport shopping. Very clean and responsive staff and management. Fun for families with children. We would have liked more room inbetween cabins, but otherwise would highly recommend. »
