'This hotel is worn out and strange location. Food in the restaurant is OK but setting is completely worn out.'

'This is my 3rd time at the Bolholt hotel! The room was clean and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Food at the hotel is excellent and the staff are very helpful and friendly. '

'Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again.'

'Interior is very tatty and cheaply done. The plug in the bath didn't work all floors were peeling and lifting even in the bathroom and overall everything looked old and grubby. Very pleased we only stayed for one night'

'lots of junkies just walking around the hotel and not feeling safe the junkies also walk into the hotel shouting at night never come here again the beds are not stable really bad the hotel is located in a deprived area in a criminal neighborhood'

'Staff are very nice. Hotel is economy, you get what you pay for, but its fine. Price is its main selling point. Area is run down and a little off putting. '

'Was an excellent experience staying at the Greyhound hotel, friendly staff at reception and perfect location. Felt very safe there too. The telly didn't work but the staff promptly swapped it for one that does so no worries on that one. Will definitely stay there again. '
