Vacation Apartment No. 3 in the Triton Beach Villa is a 3-room apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people.

This 3-room vacation apartment with a lake view on the 1st floor offers 72 m² of living space, including a living room with a kitchenette, 2 furnished balconies (lake side, south side), 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. It’s just 30 m from the beach.

You’ll love not only the quiet location and the immediate proximity to the Baltic Sea. The vacation apartment also impresses with its top-notch amenities. The stylish living room features a “TV corner” with a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system, as well as a cozy dining area. From here, you can enjoy the view of the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea. The double sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) provides an additional, comfortable sleeping space for 2 people. You can access the balcony with its stunning sea view directly from the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen—featuring a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, range hood, dishwasher, microwave at eye level, fridge-freezer combo, and much more—is integrated into the living area and is perfect for cooking.

Each of the two bedrooms has one double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm). You can use a 3-door wardrobe in each bedroom to store your vacation clothes. The south-facing bedroom leads out to the second balcony. Pleated blinds and curtains on the windows provide privacy and block out light. The floors throughout the apartment are covered with designer flooring.

The vacation rental has a tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is a non-smoking apartment, but a maximum of two pets are welcome.

The Triton Beach Villa is located in a prime spot right on the beach. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to you free of charge. Parking spaces are located on the property. A bicycle storage room is available. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. The fee for using the charging station is 20.00 euros per day (as needed).

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

The Triton Beach Villa is located directly on the beach promenade of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen.


Situated between beach access points 17 and 18, the Triton Villa invites you to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. Some of the apartments offer ocean views. The beach is just 30 meters away.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.
There is one free parking space available for each apartment in front of the building. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. Use of the charging station costs 20.00 euros per day (as needed).

Strandvilla Triton was lovingly renovated in 2001 and now offers a total of ten cozy apartments spread over three floors, where you can enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. Choose between 4 one-bedroom apartments in the basement—two of which have their own small terraces—or one of the spacious three-bedroom apartments, each featuring a balcony facing the sea and another facing south.
