'staff are very helpful, breakfast was good, rooms are comfortable, and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. the only issue was that it promised on hotels.com that we will get welcome drink, and we didn't but they said that it is hotels.com mistake'

'We loved this place so much. Perfect situated in a quiet neighborhood , just beside a wonderful restaurant. The staff was VERY helpful and nice. Our room had a terrace and plants. What a place to stay. As we arrived we checked in with a not so friendly porter, not so helpful but this must not keep you away from Aranjuez. WE LOVED IT❤️'
