« The room felt very neglected. Light swithch by the room door was not working properly and light could not be turned on entering the room, the bedside lamps were not working, and electric outlet where the electric water kettle was plugged not working (a long extesion cord was placed in the room by the staff to allow the use of the kettle). The shower base was leaking wetting the bathroom floor every time the shower was used. The bread toaster at the breakfast table was not working properly and...

« The property is acceptable for the price. Staff are nice and willing to help at anytime but also to much strictly with everything. Other than that was a good stay. »

« Great experience at Viaggiatore! The staff is the highlightâsuper professional and helpful. They messaged me on WhatsApp before I arrived to coordinate everything. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect for getting around the city easily.
âThe breakfast is decent, but be aware that eggs cost extra, which was a bit of a letdown for an "included" meal. Regardless, the service and location make it a top choice in Cochabamba! »
