'This property is not as advertised.We left after one night. We were booked for two weeks. The nice pictures may have been from when it was first listed. Some serious renovations and a deep clean needed including a full carpet replacement. Bathroom has black mold under shower knobs; shower curtains are dirty and moldy; children’s bedroom had a squeaky bunk, was missing a fire alarm; washer had rust on the lid. I could go on. Hopefully the pictures tell the story. '

'Very nice apartment close to downtown Wilmington and 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. The place was very cozy and nice, and had everything I needed. I appreciated the welcome snacks too. The host was very communicative with good suggestions.'

'My overall experience was good, the place was clean and it was easy to communicate with the host. Even though the place is small, it had everything l needed. My only complaint was the loud neighbors and barking dog past midnight. I also noticed small cockroaches and other small bugs in the living room area/kitchen.'

'Overall the space was great. Very clean, open, and spacious. The outdoor seating area made a grat place to relax in the morning with breakfast. The kitchen had coplete cookware and utensils including ones specifically for the kids. Having a dishwasher and washer and dryer were great. Every detail seemed thought through. 'We traveled here from Shelby NC, the place was super clean, all the necessities were stocked and neat, everything was in place, so you didn’t have to guess where anything was. We had no WiFi problems and the place was spacious and looked EXACTLY like the pictures! 10/10 would 100% stay here again on my next trip to Wilmington.
