'This is the second time I stay at the hotel. The building and rooms are old but clean and well maintained and kept: each unit has a kitchenette but in this occasion the stove was not working so I cannot give a 5 star rating. The hotel service is excellent and friendly. My suggestion is to provide at least 1 bottled water daily to guest although there is a big jug in the lobby. Finally, just want to make a comment that the pizza at the restaurant (Dukes’s) is terrible. Not sure if the altitude...

'Fue realmente una excelente estadía, todos los empleados de este lugar son muy atentos y profesionales. La vista de la cuidad es increíble y esta muy cerca del teleférico amarillo. El desayuno que viene incluido en el previo es muy rico y con buena variedad. '

'Spent 3 nights at this hotel, in total. Good area of La Laz, with restaurants within a 10 min walk. Had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom appartment. Beds were wonderful and the appartment spacious. Great views.'

'El hotel no está en el centro de La Paz, pero me gustó su ubicación porque es una zona bastante tranquila y cerca al centro, el desayuno estuvo bien, y la comodidad de las habitaciones también. El personal fue bastante amable con nosotros, nos guardaron muy amablemente nuestras maletas durante nuestro tour a Uyuni. Mi única observación y que se las hice saber en su momento, fue que encontré en la cocina algunos utensilios sin lavar, esto nos incomodó. '

'Good location and good service. However, the property is falling apart. Furnishings are outdated and filthy. Couch had sweat stains and other deep stains. Rug full of dirt and stains. Windowsills full of dust and grime. Curtains show dark areas full of dirt. Awful smell. Do not recommend.'

'Prima hotel met een goede locatie. De kamer was erg ruim, goede bedden en een nette badkamer. Alles zag er erg schoon uit. Het ontbijt is vrij beperkt maar goed genoeg om te maag te vullen. Grootste kritiekpunt was een feest op het dakterras van het hotel. De muziek en herrie ging tot 1:30 uur door. Dit moet je niet als hotel doen. Het is een hotel waar mensen willen slapen in de nacht en niet wakker willen leggen. Naar mijn mening onbegrijpelijk om zo’n keuze te maken.'

'The place is located at very convenient area, all what you need it is close. What I didn't liked was a politic of the hotel to receive visit only until 21:00 pm. which I guess is really oldie one. Besides that I had it a good experience.'
