Centrally located in the most prestigious part of Boca - Mizner Park, downtown Boca, Red Reef Park (beach), Boca Resort & Club, and lake Boca/Boca inlet are all within a 1/4 mile. Gutted and remodeled in nov 2016 with metal roof, impact windows, and solar shades throughout; 4 bedroom, 3 bath home (2 bedrooms have an en-suite and walk-in closets), comfortably sleeps 8 (1 cal king, 3 queens); front and back patios; 2 smart HDTVs with cable and wifi; full size washer and dryer; full kitchen including drip coffee, toaster, water/ice dispenser, flatware, dinnerware, pots & pans; bath towels, beach towels; LED lights throughout; BBQ grill; fully furnished inside and outside; Front yard overlooks Lake Wyman Park, which includes a boardwalk through the nature reserve overlooking the mangroves and intracoastal waterway (find the hidden beach in the park to catch some sun while watching all the boats go by!)

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses 6. PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed. 7. PARKING – Parking is limited to 3 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. No parking on the grass. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, however, washer/dryer is available in the property. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 9. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: • The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or • A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. • The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: ▪ Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; ▪ Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and ▪ Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

We loved the location and the house. Was stocked well with everything we needed, including beach items. Enjoyed the comfy spaces in the house and loved watching the birds and lizards in the backyard lounge chairs. Would love to come stay here again!

Beautiful home!

This is such a beautiful home in the best location. Gorgeous park with walking paths along the water right across the street. Shuja is wonderful to communicate with and so responsive. House is spacious, spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and very welcoming. We loved our time & look forward to returning. Highly highly recommend!

Amazing Place in heart of Boca

I stayed here with my mother while I recovered from a major surgery and this was the perfect space to do it. The house is quite large and gave us plenty of individual space as well to be together when I felt up to it. So nice to have a big kitchen and have home cooked meals. Backyard is so cute and the house is in the PERFECT location.

The house has everything you may need, and very comfortable furnishings. The location is right next to a park, and walkways, and about a 5 min drive to the beach. Overall A+

Fabulous Holiday Vacation Stay!!

Shuja the owner was a great host. All of our messages were answered very promptly. We appreciated that Shuja left us a bowl of fresh fruit and cold water bottles in the refrigerator. We were left with an ample supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, shampoos and laundry detergent. Plenty of towels were available for each of the 4 guestrooms.. The house was perfect for us. The living room, kitchen and dining room was an open concept which worked so well for us. The pictures accurately reflect the house. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, plates, glasses, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, ziploc bags and garbage bags, all utensils, spices, and coffee. The location was perfect, so close to the shopping area that included Publix, the Dollar Store, Panera Bread, Starbucks and many, many restaurants. The house is located directly across the street from Lake Wyman Park which was just perfect for our 18 mo grandson. The house is also a 30 min walk to the Boca Beach and about an 8 min drive. So convenient to Mizner Park and route 95. Highly recommend and look forward to future stays!!

Lovely, spacious, light-filled Boca parkside home

Highly enjoyed staying at Shuja's spacious, modern home. My two kids, husband and mother and I had plenty of space (and bathrooms!), and the kids especially loved being across from a park with beautiful playground facilities, large park and marshy lands to explore. The boardwalk was closed and under renovation when we visited, and so we did not get to see the canal . The hous is an 8-10 minute drive to beaches; about 5-6 minutes to the center of Boca. Wonderful place!!

Great place in a perfect location!

We absolutely loved our week here! The place was so clean and comfortable! All details were covered and made us feel so welcome—including fresh fruit and water in the fridge, shower gel and shampoo in all the bathrooms, washer and dryer and all the beach gear! Being across the street from that park was so fun! Our grandkids loved getting up and playing every morning before we hit the beach! It was a wonderful place to make some fun family memories! We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Boca!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Shuja's place in Boca Raton. We were 8 adults plus an infant and found the house very comfortable. The location is amazing with lots of restaurants nearby, a park across the street, and a supermarket around the corner. The master bath is incredible! Thanks Shuja!

Absolutely Perfect!!

We stayed at this property while my daughter competed in the beach volleyball nationals tournament - our family and her beach partner's family all stayed together. It was perfect, with plenty of space for everyone. It is within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, liquor store, a neighborhood park, and a cool hidden beach/cove....pretty much everything you could need. The owner provided umbrellas and chairs for the beach as well. This was life saver during the HOT beach volleyball tournaments. The neighborhood was very clean and safe. The property owner responded to my questions very quickly and was extremely hospitable. We would definitely stay at this property again!! Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay near 5th Avenue Shops

We were very comfortable in this updated ranch home. The location was perfect for us. We took walks everyday in Lake Wyman Park, which is right across the street from the property. The 5th Avenue Shops are only a few blocks away which makes shopping for supplies super easy. The home is very well equipped, and the owners Shuja and Nadeem, were very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. Overall it was a great stay and I am putting the property on my favorites list.
