'Bar bij t zwembad gezellig, zo op t strand. Geen ontbijt en geen kamer schoonmaak. Ruime kamer met alles erop en aan, koelkast magnetron en kakkerlak. Parkeren betaald, app werkte niet en konden niet bij t hotel betalen. Receptionist zei rental car? Dan zal de politie niet bekeuren. Hopelijk klopt dat?'

'The place was filthy and under construction. The room had trash in it and the beds were very damp. Someone pee in the shower before we got there and it was never cleaned and stunk. The tv remote was not programmed with our tv so we couldn’t watch it. All around horrible experience.'

'The AC was out and so the room got super hot. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Neighbors were load, drinking and smoking in their rooms and outside. Never again will I use this place.'

'The best thing about our small cramped room was the Roku TV. We had an accident and spilled a cup of coffee. I contacted the Bluff's Landing text number to advise we had spilled a cup of coffee. I told them we would need a couple of more bath towels because there were no paper towels to clean up the coffee. We never received any assistance from the property management. After we got home, the property management sent me a bill for $40 for the coffee stained towels. I paid the bill, but we will...

'I booked this hotel by accident! It’s not in South Padre! That’s just the name of the street! South Padre is 2:55 hrs away. For the location it’s clean and convenient to the highway. I didn’t know they accept pets so it was very noisy with the barking and children while I was there. I do not like waking up to barking and loud kids! I seen other reviews about how good the breakfast was and I didn’t experience that. It’s the same old continental breakfast everyone serves! I guess it’s something if...

'Staff was friendly and the property was clean. The bed was pretty hard and springy but it worked for our stay. The kitchenette was an added bonus'

'We had a disappointing experience at this motel. Upon arrival, we found the office closed with no staff available to assist us. The door was closed, and the lights were off. Despite calling their phone number, we were directed to voicemail. What's more, they charged us despite their inadequate service and refused to provide a refund due to their policy. The outside looks very unsafe and sketchy, be aware of your surrounding here.'

'Prachtige ruime kamer met meer dan voldoende plaats voor het gezin. Ook fijn dat de lavabo niet in de badkamer was zodat je je toch met meer tegelijk kon klaarmaken. Ook de ontbijtruimte was huiselijk aangkleed en ontbrak aan niets. Alles was ook zeer proper. Heel aangenaam hotel!'
