PERFECT FOR LARGE OR MULTIPLE FAMILIES! Nestled on a hillside overlooking beautiful downtown Blue Ridge, our cabin offers long range, panoramic views of the picturesque North Georgia mountains. Our spacious cabin offers three levels of fully screened decks to entertain BUG FREE! Located in the Aska adventure area, and only a short three mile drive to all the dining and shopping options in downtown Blue Ridge. The road leading to the cabin is paved so no need for an SUV!

Our cabin offers a handicap friendly ramp for all visitors.

The location is fantastic—right off Aska Road: 3 miles from downtown Blue Ridge with its great restaurants and quaint shops; 3 miles from Lake Blue Ridge (fishing and pontoon boats), 5 miles from the Toccoa River (rafting, tubing and kayaking); 3 to 5 miles from trailheads of the Aska Adventure Trails hiking/mountain biking trail system.

At the end of the day (or all day, if you prefer!), enjoy the roomy comfort of Black Bear Ridge cabin. Nestled in a private, peaceful neighborhood, this charming, rustic, 3-level cabin ensures cozy, relaxing nights. *Note, however, that this is not a secluded cabin. There are neighbors on either side not pictured in the seasonal images.
The cabin is fully furnished and features a spacious, open floor plan with 1 King master suite on the upper level, 2 bedrooms on the main level (1 King Bed and 1 Queen bed) and 2 bedrooms on the lower level ( 1 King bed and daybed together, and one Queen with a cot in the closet). Plus, the screened-in decks can double as sleeping porches on cool summer nights. There are 3 full bathrooms (one on each level) and a game room on the lower level. We provide an ample supply of towels, kitchen/dining utensils and pots and pans, so no need to bring your own.

ENTERTAINMENT & GAME-LOVERS’ DREAM!

Entertainment amenities include Internet WiFi and DISH satellite with 220+ channels, plus a Wii U system for the kids and DVD movies for the whole family. The lower-level game room features a pool table, foosball, board games and darts! Parents can relax in peace upstairs, knowing the kids are well-entertained on the gaming level.

Upon check-out, please complete the following:
Please leave dirty dishes running in the dishwasher.
Please do not strip the beds as housekeeping prefers to do that.
All trash must be bagged and put in the receptacle bins in front of the cabin. (Housekeeping will charge me extra when there is an excessive mess left behind, including full fridges of food.)
All doors secured upon exit.
Any damage or excessive cleaning will result in full or partial deposit penalties.
