Can you hear the silence?

Except for the occasional construction worker screaming here and there, it was perfect silence with only the sound of the wind and blowing leaves. Just what we needed to end the year right.The house was fully stocked and management was quick to respond and act with the one issue we had (fireplace was not turning on, we contacted them on a Sunday, they had repair man there Monday morning to fix). Highly recommended.

Fabulous House in the mountains

This place is amazing! It has plenty of room for everyone with several living areas and a great outdoors! The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and the the kitchen has everything you could ever want. It was quite warm at the beginning of the weekend but the air conditioning cooled everything off quickly. The fridge is huge and there is an extra fridge in the laundry room if you need more space. The firepit had tons of wood so we had plenty for cooking s'mores! Its located about 5-10 minutes from Blueridge so if you decide to go into town it won't take long. The communication with the host was quick and easy and they were great to answer any questions. This is our second year here and I'm sure we will be back again next year.

From the second we walked in we felt right at home. Stay Awhile is so welcoming. The floor plan was perfect for our family. The home is peaceful and so comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit.

Unbelievably Gorgeous place!

I have to say this place is better than the pictures! It was immaculately clean, had so much space and provided more than you could imagine! The 2 living areas were so spacious and cozy at the same time! All of the beds were very comfortable and the decorations were beautiful! The 3 1/2 baths were great and so up to date with lots of counter space in all of them. The downstairs has a ping pong table/pool table, games and kids books and toys. The Lego drawer was a big hit with my grandson! Outside there is corn hole game, a beautiful fire pit and a wonderful hot tub that was so big and clean! It was easy to get to from Atlanta and not too far off the main highway. The views were beautiful and the outdoor decks were so nice to spread out in. So many times when you rent a place there are some disappointments because the pictures have made things look better than what they really are but this place exceeded all of our expectations! The communication with the rental agent was great! Anything we asked about was answered very quickly. We can’t wait to return and enjoy another getaway in the mountains!

Beautiful Weekend in Blue Ridge

The cabin and view are truly stunning, pictures do not do it justice. There was an issue with the kitchen frig unfortunately but the owner let us know as soon as possible and was very responsive. The range of activities for the family kept us busy (plenty to do even if it rains) and use of gas fireplaces made it so cozy. We enjoyed taking the train ride and you're so very close to the town of Blue Ridge which has many shopping and restaurant options, very convenient location! We would be very happy to stay here again!

Relaxing and fun!

Peaceful Retreat

By far one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve had in years. The place was spacious, clean and the views - amazing! The weather was perfect during our stay and my me, my husband and two teenage boys rarely found it necessary to leave the house. Naps on the porch were an afternoon necessity with the breeze blowing. Great Family Time

We booked this house for long weekend to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. We picked the location because it was centrally located and the town of Blue Ridge looked like it had several things to do. Unfortunately we will need to schedule another trip to the area because we rarely ventured outside of the cabin. The house is perfectly decorated with a ton of amenities and great view. I can't think of anything I would change about the cabin. Absolutely beautiful! The entire family had a great time and created memories that will last a lifetime!

This house is incredible. There are so many games and spaces to relax, we barely left. The flattop grill is a particularly choice touch. Much credit to the owners. Please ensure this home continues to be loved and cared for.

Great in every way

The place is exactly as advertised. We were 4 families with kids and everyone was blown away with the place and the thoughtfulness of our host. The kids pretty much monopolized the basement and we spent most of our time on the main floor and the deck. Everyone loved the hot tub. The weather was good so we even got to enjoy the outdoor firepit. Overall we had a great time and made a lot of good memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a getaway in the Blue Ridge mountains. Thank you for being excellent hosts and sharing your wonderful cabin with us.

Perfect getaway

This was a perfect long weekend! The house was clean, in great shape, well decorated, had a great view, and was only a few minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. Check in and check out were easy. Our group really enjoyed the porches/decks and the views that came with it. We will definitely plan on booking again - the owners’ attention to detail was appreciated!
