« The motel is in pretty rough shape. It was sufficient for sleeping and not much else. Burn holes is old table chairs and table was chipped and stained with paint. Hot water in sink didnt work. »

« They are doing active construction now, messy and garbage all over, it smells too, the rooms are getting renovated, I found water on the floor in the room, the bathroom shower and tub were rusty, the toilet pan was small and misfit with wrong toilet seat. The soap and shampoo were not fitted on the wall. I have pictures of all these if you need. the overall experience was horrible. I tried talking to the staff but they could not help. I would really like a refund for this stay. »

« The rooms were dirty and smelled of sweat or body order. There was always a smell of cigarettes and Marijuana the halls and in the rooms we kept the windows open the whole stay so that we could get fresh air. There was trash bags in the hallway on the 3rd floor and chairs in the stairwell. The elevator was dirty and they had boxes stacked right by the entrance/exit. We did not try the breakfast because we didn't feel comfortable based on the cleanliness of the rooms. All of the towels were so...

« They need to check room 122 for bed bugs. I had over 30 bites on each arm and about 12 on face and neck. I was no where else where I could have been bitten by anything. My mirror had a large smudge on bottom right corner when I got there. I took one load out to car about 9:30 a.m. before checking out and my room card immediately deactivated and I had to go to lobby to reactivate it. »
