'Het is een mooi hotel, alles is nog nieuw. De keuken in de hotelkamer is van alle gemakken voorzien, ook is er een spons en afwasmiddel voor degene die de vaatwasser niet wil gebruiken. Het ontbijt, in het restaurant, van het menu wordt door een chef bereid in een open keuken en het smaakt verrukkelijk. Het ontbijt en de muntthee van het buffet is ook van goede kwaliteit. Het personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. De wifi werkt uitstekend. De liften werken heel snel. De sauna is per uur te boeken...

'Our suite was spectacular! Floor to ceiling windows that afforded fantastic views of the Thames and the London skyline, including the London Eye! The decor and finishings were top notch. Area around the property has construction (there is generally a ton of roadwork in London, and the area is still being developed in places), hence the 4 stars on that aspect.
