Located in the IU Tailgate Fields - Across from Memorial Stadium

LOCATION
The Woodlawn Tailgate sits directly in the IU tailgate fields and directly across from Memorial Stadium, a hard-to-beat location for parents, families, alumni and fans who want to experience campus from the center of it all. Assembly Hall, Cook Hall, IU athletics and campus are within easy walking reach, and downtown Bloomington is also walkable.

SLEEPING
Sleeps 8 across four sleeping areas:
• Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed
• Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
• Open sleeping loft accessed from Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
• Finished basement lounge: 1 full-size sofa bed

The loft is open to the home and reached by stairs, and the sofa bed is in the basement living room zone, so groups can review the layout when deciding how they would like to arrange sleeping spaces.

THE HOME
The main floor offers a welcoming living room, dining area and full kitchen for shared meals, conversation and downtime between IU activities. The finished basement lounge adds another comfortable place to gather, watch TV and use the full-size sofa bed.

The home has 2 full bathrooms: a main-floor bathroom with a tub-and-shower combination and a lower-level bathroom with a walk-in shower. A washer and dryer are available downstairs.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The rear deck is game-day ready with an outdoor TV, gas fire table, grill and cushioned seating. Start the morning with coffee outside, catch the game from the deck or wind down together after a full day on campus. The covered front porch and lawn provide additional outdoor space.

PARKING
Private gravel driveway parking is included for up to 4 vehicles. During busy IU weekends, park once and walk to the stadium, athletics and campus.

IU & BLOOMINGTON
Football may define the location, but Woodlawn works beautifully throughout the IU calendar. Stay for IU basketball, graduation, Parents Weekend, Family Weekend, Homecoming, Little 500, alumni trips, prospective-student visits, campus tours and the everyday weekends when you simply want to spend time with your student. Downtown Bloomington and its restaurants and local favorites are also within easy reach.

The Woodlawn Tailgate is the newest home in the StayIU collection, but our hosting experience goes back more than a decade. With a location directly in the IU tailgate fields, the biggest campus weekends are worth planning for early.
