'NOT recommended!!! no communication from owners or property manager, no after hours way of contact, dirty and unacceptable house. mouse droppings on mattress. no internet, bad cell phone reception; no instructions on how to work the heating/air conditioning. No bed linens, no towels (not notified of this prior to arrival) Left house after 1 hour of frustration and never went back. Drove to nearest town and got hotel room.'

'A wonderful house and oceanview but with very poor cleanliness. Had to clean again by ourself after arrival. Electricity bill 0,50€ per kWh in 12/2023! Our very low consumption with just two people, no use of heating in the bedroom, no use of the whirlpool, just 1use of the sauna and extra costs of 60€ for firewood mean electricity costs of almost half of the rental costs.'

'Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Umgebung war traumhaft. Wir haben insbesondere die wundervolle Natur, den superschönen Strand und die Nordsee genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir möchten uns herzlich bedanken, die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen und sehr gerne wieder kommen.'

'We stayed in the pretty house in Saltum for one week in May 2022. The pictures give an accurate impression of the house. Actually it is bigger than one would expect. When staying with more than 2 persons it is very nice that the rooms are big and that on the second floor, where the master bedroom is, there is also a big living room. Küchenausstattung und Matratzen austauschbedürftig. Leider hat so mancher Vormieter es mit Reinigung und sorgsamem Umgang mit Küche und Küchenausstattung nicht so genau genommen.'
