'Truly enjoyed our stay at Whitney Cottage. The only suggestions I would make is that we would have liked curtains, considering there were some young people wandering the neighborhood outside the house one night and the fan in the master bedroom needs to secured better. It wobbles too much. Other than that, we were very happy and plan to come back.'

'Great rental home. Wish there was a guide with tips of where to eat and what to do. Also had a few questions before and during our stay and never got a response to my emails.'

'This could be a very nice rental, but a lot needs to be fixed and cleaned up. Currently there is no access to the lake the house is on as far as kayaking, boating, paddle boating, or fishing. The only thing accessible is the view. The fire ring was nice and the view was beautiful. I asked about access to the lake before our check-in day and did not get a response to that question until we were already there for 4+ days. I hope things get fixed up, because it could be very nice. The wildlife...

'Such a cozy space! The fire pit was amazing and it was the perfect little get away for a nice quiet weekend. Very close to hiking trails and so many places to visit within an hour drive! We had a lot planned but the house was so cozy we found ourselves just enjoying the pleasant space in between hikes. '
