'What a wonderful property for a family vacation! We shared the home with my sister and her family and our two dogs. We had plenty of space to spread out - both inside and out. We spent most mornings and evenings on the deck, enjoying the spacious yard and beautiful scenery. The house is close to town and the pond, the neighborhood is wonderful to walk through or ride bikes through, and an easy drive to several nearby lakes and lodges. 'The home was absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do them justice. Serene beautiful setting, easily accommodated our family of 8 with room to spare. Host has thought everything, the towels, UGG pillows and bedding to the fully stocked kitchen. Only downfall was we wish we would have booked home for a longer stay. Can’t wait to come back and experience this home in the winter months and snow. '

'The cabin is wonderful! Three bedrooms, lots of beds for families (we did not need them this visit), great bathrooms, very comfy cabin! The host was incredible! 'Our stay at this home was perfect for my family of 12!!! The home, the kitchen, the bedrooms and furnishings couldn't have been better. The location and the amenities at the swimming pool complex added to our enjoyment of the accommodations! 'Loved everything about this lodge! All the comforts of home and then some! The peaceful location was a nice reset for all of us. My daughter and I enjoyed each of the little windowed reading books and we had awesome family game nights on the screened-in back deck. The fire pit saw some s’mores on a “chilly” night as well! A family of 6 found it easy to retreat to a quiet space in the cabin. Jan is a fantastic host - always quick to respond if I had any questions.'

'We came here specifically to ride our bikes. Great location with so many awesome dirt trails. Nakoma is such an oasis in the mountains. It is more amazing than what we expected. The rec center is incredible. We wish we hadn’t ridden so hard the first couple days so that we would’ve had energy to go enjoy the pool. We are def coming back!'
