Coastal Cottage, 4 Large Decks, Close to Beach, Short or Long Stays!

Recently renovated, bright, and spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath home just a short walk to the beautiful Birch Bay beach. Sit out on one of the many decks to enjoy the serene area or gather with friends and family around the outdoor bar and lounge area. Perfectly situated to enjoy all that Birch Bay has to offer - from the expansive beaches with some of the best clamming in the state, to perfect sunsets and golfing at multiple nearby top-rated courses.

With the beautiful outdoor main deck that leads directly into the primary living space, the outdoor/indoor area flows smoothly together, perfect for large gatherings but intimate enough for small ones. Hang out and serve cocktails in the outdoor bar (equipped with its own mini fridge), relax on the lounge chairs, or fire up the grill and dine outside at the large outdoor dining table. In addition to the main deck, there are 2 more private decks located upstairs off the bedrooms. Enjoy the fire table outside while taking in a beautiful view of the water and watching the sun go down.

Or if it is a rainy day (as frequently happens in the PNW), enjoy the spacious indoor living space with plenty of comfy seating to relax and watch a movie or sports on the large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for a gourmet meal, and dine at the live edge dining table made from solid pecan wood. Enjoy a lively game night with a chest full of cards, puzzles, and games. And don't forget the Ms Pac-man arcade game to keep the kids (and adults…) entertained.

The bedrooms can comfortably sleep up to 11. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on each floor. There are 2 rooms with king size beds and their own flat screen TVs. Another bedroom has a queen bed with a pull-out twin trundle, and the last bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. There is also a pack and play available. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows around as well.

The Birch Bay Cottage is locked by keypad for which guests receive a personalized code to allow for contact-less entry. There is plenty of parking in front of the house for up to 4 vehicles.

Please note: In the back of the house, there is an additional storage area and work shed, which are off limits to guests and entry to them is locked. We ask that you please respect this space and do not try to explore it.

When you are ready to leave the house and explore, the beach is just a 5 minute walk down the hill. When the tide goes out, bring your clamming tools to dig up clams and bring home for a delicious dinner. Or enjoy making smores around one of the firepits at the beach. The town is a short walk along the bay, where you will find shops, restaurants and Beach Cat Brewing.
