« A lovely old-fashioned hotel in a stunning setting.
Comfortable, clean, cozy.
On arrival we were surprised to find nobody there even though we'd waited for reception opening time. Our keys were in a plastic bag pinned to a cork board. Explanations were confusing.
Breakfast was an epic adventure. The gas stove had broken down and a tremendous effort was made by staff to provide us with a very good Welsh breakfast that was well worth waiting nearly an hour for.

« Checking in was really easier, we were shown around and then to our room. If you are going to stay here definitely book the mountain view room "Parc", modern spacious room. « We stumbled upon this place by accident while looking for a pitstop, and what a find! We originally planned for one night but enjoyed it so much we extended our stay to two.

Everything was perfect and they even left a G and T and beer in the fridge for us to enjoy and fresh milk in a jug.
