'We are so happy that we picked the farmhouse as our home base for our daughter's graduation from Virginia Tech this past May. Aunts and grandparents were extremely comfortable with their own rooms and en suites. Everyone had a place to relax between activities and didn't even have to leave the house for morning coffee. We had family meals each night and anything we needed was right there in the kitchen. We had a private chef cook for us one night and she was also impressed with the kitchen! ...

'This was such a great place for our family. We could look out the window and see horses. We loved it. It was just after Christmas and we were visiting my sister and her family so we wanted a place where we could all sit down and have a meal. And this place is perfect and so lovely. Just as described, clean, easy to access and the host was amazing, even checked in with us after we arrived to ask if there was anything else we needed. We have family in this area, we will stay here again!'

'Beautiful property. Farmhouse reminded me of my grandparents 1890's farmhouse. I enjoyed the historical, mountainous feel of the home and location. It is nice staying at a location that isn't the cookie cutter style that has become the norm. '
