'Another amazing stay at The Spa Hotel, Ribby Hall. This was our third and probably best visit of all. The spa wasn’t overly busy, and the rain stayed away long enough to really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzis and enjoy a nice cold beer. We stayed on the Aqua Thermal Journey overnight stay with dinner allowance. The food was delicious as you’d expect from a high standard hotel. 'The room was small but comfortable and clean. The food was very good - both the buffets and the plated main course dinner. Our young server Jake was very hard working and efficient. 'We stayed at The Carlton Best Western Hotel Blackpool. Hotel was spotless, comfortable and the staff were lovely, very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them. It is in a prime spot for buses, trams & taxis. Its also only a short walk into town centre. I would definitely be retaining in the near future.'

'We have stayed many times at this hotel and it has always been pleasant, very clean and cannot fault the staff, apart from one young man serving on the bar on Saturday night whom I asked for a Long Island ice tea, he said no the hot drinks machine is broke ?
