On warmer evenings, the tropical-style garden - lit up at night, framed by palm trees and complete with a seating area - is a pleasant spot to wind down after a day at the attractions. Step out onto the private balcony in the morning with a cup of complimentary tea or coffee before the day begins. For those who prefer a quieter evening in, board games are provided and the working fireplace creates a comfortable setting. The property works well for both relaxed evenings in and days spent exploring the resort.

The Penthouse sits in South Shore, a lively part of Blackpool for families and visitors. The area is well located for exploring the resort, with Blackpool Pleasure Beach - one of the UK`s most-visited theme parks - just two minutes on foot from the front door via the station entrance footbridge on Ventnor Road.

The seafront promenade is easily accessible and stretches the full length of the resort, lined with amusements, restaurants, cafes and traditional seaside entertainment. Each autumn, the Blackpool Illuminations run along the promenade and are visible from the local area, making this a popular time to visit. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, Lytham St Annes is a short drive south along the coast and offers a more relaxed seaside setting. A range of supermarkets, takeaways and local eateries are easily accessible on foot or by a short drive.

Getting around
• Blackpool Pleasure Beach: approximately 2 minutes on foot - the station entrance footbridge links directly from Ventnor Road
• Sandcastle Waterpark (UK`s largest indoor waterpark): approximately 5 minutes on foot via the promenade
• South Pier: approximately 8 minutes on foot along the promenade
• Blackpool Tower and town centre: approximately 9 minutes by tram from Pleasure Beach tram stop
• Blackpool North Station: approximately 14 to 16 minutes by tram from Pleasure Beach tram stop
• Blackpool Pleasure Beach tram stop is directly accessible from Ventnor Road and connects to the full length of the seafront tramway
• Free private parking is available at the property, with additional free on-street parking on Ventnor Road and surrounding streets

• Please note the attic bedroom has a low ceiling; this is noted throughout the listing but please bear it in mind if booking for taller guests or adults who may find the space limiting
• Check-in is from 12:00 noon
• Check-out is by 10:00


Booking Policy

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.


Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
