'L'appartement d'Ermanno est un duplex de grande taille, largement suffisant pour notre famille de 6 personnes (de 3 générations !). Le quartier n'est pas super mais Bari est placé idéalement pour découvrir toutes les Pouilles et Matera. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire qui s'est adapté à notre heure d'arrivée. Logement bien équipé mais matériel cuisine un peu juste.'

'We left earlier, because our stay in this home was disappointing for the following reasons: -sound noise from the road, the upstairs neighbors and playground across the street until the middle of the night; -poor wifi connection; - many ants in the kitchen; - there is no garden, balcony or terrace as stated on the advertisement; - poor plumbing in the bathroom.'

'Nice jacuzzi and a perfectly equipped and nicely decorated house. Good air condition, satelite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, barbeque grill, beautiful garden, for us it was really a dream. The owner helped us within 20min when we had a problem with the door and fixed it. He gave us a lot of good advices where to go for good restaurants or scienic trips.'

'We had a perfect short stay in the Bari area. Nice towns, nice coast, nice weather; what more could one wish for. The house proved to be a perfect point of exploration. It had everything and was in good order except for one shower which had little warm water. Unfortunately it was the season of mosquitoes, which made using the garden area impossible.'

'Great communication with property manager. We travelled with my 96 year old mother. Filippo was bery accommodating and helpful. Great location and beautiful garden. Overall very nice stay - we would go back!!! I would rate the property a 5 if it had been a bit cleaner.'

'Other than the original lack of overall cleanliness (main floor and kitchen) the villa was very nice. The cleaning crew came back for a refresh and when we showed them the photos, the mopping and how dirty the bucket water was after we washed the floor, they admitted doing it too quick.'

"Mooi hotel, ruime kamers een prachtig dakterras voor ontbijt, met zicht op zee. Zeer professioneel en vriendelijk personeel. Verzorgde restaurant voor grote of kleine maaltijd. De zee is op 5 minuten wandelen. En bus1 naar Bari vlakbij. Alles is prima."
