The property is in a prime location in the city, a short distance from both the historic center and the beaches—both easily reachable in about a 10-minute walk—and is situated in a residential area with plenty of amenities.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- KITCHEN with a dining table, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, moka pot, wine glasses, and various cooking utensils;

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, wardrobe, and dresser;

- BEDROOM 2 with a bunk bed (2 single beds) and a wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- 3 BALCONIES accessible from the dining area, the kitchen, and the master bedroom.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: hot/cold air conditioning (split-system units in all rooms except the bathroom and hallway), washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Bisceglie Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.

Bisceglie, overlooking the Adriatic Sea in the province of Barletta-Andria-Trani—is a town with medieval charm that combines history, the sea, and culture. Among the main attractions are the Romanesque Co-Cathedral of St. Peter the Apostle, the ancient churches of Sant’Adoeno and Santa Margherita, the Castle with the Torre Maestra, the noble palaces, and the civic museums. The surrounding area also features prehistoric sites such as the Dolmen della Chianca. The harbor, beaches, and coastal caves enhance the tourist experience, along with cultural venues such as the Vecchie Segherie Mastrototaro and the open-air Teatro Mediterraneo.

The property is located in a residential area about a 10-minute walk from the historic center, conveniently situated for reaching both the city center and the coast. Nearby are some of the city’s most picturesque beaches, such as Spiaggia del Macello, which is also just a short walk away.



The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the Bisceglie train station.



From Bari Central Station, you can reach Bisceglie in about 25 minutes by train, and then continue comfortably on foot to the apartment.



From Bari Karol-Wojtyla Airport, you’ll need to take a shuttle that connects the airport directly to Bari Central Station and then proceed as described above.



If you’re traveling by car, the property does not have a reserved parking space for guests; however, you can park for free in the area surrounding the property.
