'I booked Alltrue Hotel Bintan after leaving another hotel due to safety concerns, and I’m glad I did.
The hotel felt much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The room condition was much better, and I was able to finally settle down properly for my solo trip. As a solo traveller, feeling safe in the room is very important, and Alltrue gave me that peace of mind.
It may not be a beach resort, but it works well as a comfortable base in Tanjung Pinang.
What stood out most was the service....
'Rooms are very basic. The linens were not very clean and had stains on them. There was also no view from the window. The staff were not helpful at all. I would recommend looking for other places to stay in the area.'
