Flats in Big Bend

'Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. '

'Very comfortable lodgings. The bed and pillows were amazing, as well as the walk in shower and rain-like shower head. The host was very helpful when we needed to extend a night due to the blizzard in the Northeast. The kitchen cabinets were well stocked and it was easy to cook in. Thank you also for the on-site laundry facilities, which made packing light on our trip much easier.'
