Located only a short stroll to the Bicheno town centre, Casa Bicheno is perfectly positioned to both reclude and discover.

Consideration of detailing offers many opportunities to enjoy the space. The creation of private places to sit, relax and enjoy the surrounds is an ongoing theme throughout Casa Bicheno; a place for every mood and every moment.

Curl up in the afternoon sun on the window seat, relax in the lustrous bath, enjoy an outdoor shower after a cold water swim, listen to the crackling wood heater in the evening whilst enjoying a GnT.

The soft limestone tiles throughout the home creates continuity from the inside-out, enhanced by soft angles and white washed walls.

The central indoor fireplace adds ambiance and nostalgia. The floors are heated for that added warmth between your toes on the coldest of cold Tasmanian nights. Enjoy your nights snuggled up on the couch, watching Netflix on the smart TV, or listening to your favourite beats on the surround sound stereo.

During summer or winter alike, the outdoor shower provides the perfect location to rinse off the sand after a sunrise swim at Waubs Beach, or to wash your salty skin after a surf at Redbill - all beaches are walking distance from Casa Bicheno.

The Master Bedroom has high set windows that bring in beautiful ambient light, without compromising the internal privacy. Hide away and enjoy the intentional minimalist styling that is void of distraction, and enjoy the hotel quality linen, midday naps, early evenings and late morning wake ups. Briefly climb out of bed to the modern comfort of making a latte from the in-house coffee machine.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed, study nook and hanging space in the wardrobe. Light and bright, this space is airy and sweet - perfect for a second couple, or kids to enjoy. Everyone will have a magical experience when staying at Casa Bicheno.

Central to the villa is the bathroom. A separate shower is set behind a nib wall and a beaut bath for those deep soaks. Brushed brass fittings and a subdued colour palette add to the relaxing, calming atmosphere of the villa.

The outdoor spaces surrounding the home are comforting and divine to spend time in. A large lounge suite, coffee table and built in rendered bench seat surround the outdoor firepit - as well as Weber BBQ provided for guest use. Enjoy the pick and eat raised garden beds, and native Australian Fauna.

Casa Bicheno is just minutes walk away to delicious pastries, coffee, the local IGA, Fish & Chips, or the quaint local shops of Bicheno.

Bicheno is less than an hour`s drive to Freycinet National Park, and very close to some of the best cool climate wines Tasmania has to offer.

Guests have access to the entire property during their stay, with free street parking in Harvey Avenue, only a 30 metre stroll away. The villa is accessible via lockbox, secured to the front entrance. Emily will provide you with the lock box code prior to your arrival.

Bicheno is a great base to explore the East Coast of Tasmania, located centrally within the Great Eastern Drive. Visit iconic vineyards, breweries, world renowned National Parks, or just enjoy all that Bicheno has to offer.
A stroll along the foreshore track will take you into Bicheno, where all your essential needs can be met by supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants and gift shops.

There is no public transport in Bicheno, you will need a car.
There are no taxi`s or ride-share services.
