THE APARTMENT

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the bright living room, where you can relax while listening to music.

- The first bedroom features a double bed (140x200 cm) with TNT television.
- The second bed is a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm).

PARKING
The apartment does not have a parking space.

Bed linen (bedding and towels) and cleaning are included in the price. The beds will be freshly prepared upon your arrival.

INTERACTIONS WITH GUESTS

Check-ins are usually from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

But it is possible to arrive later upon request, with an additional fee.
- For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: 35 euros.
- For arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight: 65 euros.
- For arrivals after midnight: 100 euros.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The promenade along the Grande Plage, which borders the Miramar surf beach, is particularly appreciated for its view of the Atlantic Ocean and for walking to the Biarritz lighthouse at sunset. Richly decorated, the Hôtel du Palais, in Belle Époque style, was built for the Russian Empress Eugénie at the end of the 19th century, as was the imperial chapel with Byzantine architecture, famous for its gilding. Surf shops and oyster bars with terraces overlook the ocean.
