« Until fully staffed don’t go!! Gosh, where do I start!!! The staff are lovely but they don’t have enough. The breakfast was nice but lunch and dinner were served after 1 hr. The property is nice but they will count every towel after u leave so don’t leave ur towel in gym or beach. I would never go back to this hotel. But they want to help but they cant. »

« We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating—always ready to help and support us whenever needed. There are plenty of food options available below the hotel, with the added convenience of having meals delivered directly to the room. « We had a terrible experience with the hotel as we complained about all issues we were having and the general manager did not respond to our issues in a timely and efficient manner unlike the other hotels we have been despite 2 emails to the general manager, we received no response ! Generally speaking, the standards were quite low for the rating we chose and paid for. Please contact the general manager to escalate this in order for us to be compensated for many negative issues. »

« Fantastic service and food. Can’t beat that. Perfect for NRI. It is more like all inclusive resort where food and outings all are included. They have buses which take you to tourist places included in package ( verify by calling ) »

« Cet hôtel ne mérite pas le classement que lui donne Expedia. La chambre n’est pas très confortable (pas de chaise ni table pour les petits déjeuners) le dessus de couette pas propre, très bruyante même la nuit. La salle de bain c’est pire même pas de papier WC. Déplus nous avons dû payer les petits déjeuners alors qu’ils étaient annoncés compris. »

« Better cleanliness desired, staff needs better training. Hearth & soul missing in the team »
