'Lovely can’t wait to go back'

'Check in was late. Unexeptable room was not ready till 4:45pm. Too many screaming kids in pool, they should raise minimum age or approach moms with screaming kids. Missing a jacuzzi. Alcohol should be served in glass not plastic cups There should be bath amenities next to bath, not just in the shower All the staff was very friendly'

'Mooie locatie in hart van LA, vlakbij de Sunset Strip. Klassiek hotel met rock-vibe !'

'Wij zijn regelmatige gasten: de service is ongekend, locatie is top, het eten is geweldig, we love de pool en roof top restaurant. '

'Everything was magical, though they were trimming the trees the day I was there which was as distracting but unavoidable. The cottages are stocked with the basics, but we needed paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. Additionally the bathrooms do not have conditioner, lotion or vanity kits so plan ahead. Otherwise incredible stay!'

'What an absolute gem of a hotel - so glad we found it. We arrived early and left our bags before rushing to a meeting. When we returned for check in, the bags had already been placed in our individual rooms. There was complimetary water, a tea and coffee station, and even complimentary snacks and chocolates in the room - so rare in US hotels! A complimentary breakfast with freshly baked pastries, cereal, and other items in the lounge was another plus. The room was confortable with a spacious...

'beautiful property and very friendly/attentive staff.'

'Whew! Sitting here enjoying breakfast, and I just have to say, the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is absolutely captivating! From START to FINISH, the service has been impeccable. Every single staff member has been top-notch, which, as a person of color, I don’t always experience when staying at luxury hotels. But here? I have felt genuinely welcomed, valued, and treated exceptionally well throughout my entire stay. The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The...

'Zeer behulpzaam personeel '

'Location was perfect just across from the Peninsula Hotel and walking distance to all in Beverly Hills'

'We arrived early and George was giving perfect service at valet parking. A pitty that at 4 pm the suite was still not ready for check in. Lady at reception was not so understanding/ service oriented. However, George was doing a great job with his bar tender at the rooftop bar. We had a great evening and perfect stay. The rooftop outlook is great. Room 351 is spacious, clean and comfortable for staying as a family of 4 with teenagers. '

'Very nice rooms and very well located.'
