'Overall, the stay at the hotel was ok. The hotel has a good location close to the train station (to visit Cinque Terre) as well as the city centre. The host was welcoming and helpful. The room is simple, but decent and clean. However, we booked the hotel for two reasons: free parking and breakfast included. - This hotel does not have free parking (as mentioned on Hotels.com), there is a free parking spot at about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Hence, we could have chosen any other hotel...

'The check-in was a bit confusing and I had to contact the owner myself coz there is no reception at the given address. The AC was also not working at all. Good the weather wasn't so warm. Otherwise the room is very comfy. '

'Very nice room with a balcony. Host was very easy to communicate with. Walking distance to everything in town. Parking is at the top of town in a paid parking lot. You will have to walk down - this is typical in the area. '

'Beautiful place to stay for my girlfriend and I. Very convenient location from the train station. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was very clean. There was no mini fridge only the mini bar which could only fit one bottle of wine. Overall an excellent trip but make sure to pack lightly because the stairs are no joke. '
