This is a 7th floor condo in the oceanfront portion of the award winning Sea Colony resort (Farragut House). There are fabulous views from your balcony overlooking the surf, sand, pool, and promenade.

In the condo you are high above it all, ensconced in a well-furnished bungalow with a forever view of the ocean. Just sit back and relax on the balcony and listen to the waves with a glass of wine. Or take the elevator and a short walk past the pool to get to the beach.

The kitchen was completely renovated in March 2014. The remodel included new granite counters, new cabinets, a new washer/dryer, new microwave, and new refrigerator. Both bathrooms were completely renovated in March 2017, including ceramic tile floor and shower/bath areas and granite countertops. The master bedroom furniture was replaced in 2021 and the living room furniture was replaced in October 2022. There are several wifi networks and an extender to increase the coverage in the 2nd bedroom. This bedroom was renovated in November 2025 with a queen bed.

Sea Colony is a beautiful, well-maintained resort carefully designed for vacationers to enjoy not just the beach but also numerous sports and activities in a very comfortable and relaxed setting. It is an award winning family beach and tennis community featuring world class amenities including, 12 pools (2 indoor), life guards at pools and private beach, 34 tennis courts, fitness centers, aerobics and Zoomba classes, hiking/biking trails, complementary shuttle bus, kiddie pools and children's programs. Note that access to these facilities requires a guest badge that you will purchase separately, with rates shown below.

You'll also have access to nearby golf (Bear Trap), boardwalk, restaurants, outlet shopping, rides and arcades. Within the resort are daily planned activities for children and families.

Bethany Beach is a well-maintained and quiet family town that offers an idyllic beach vacation experience. Only a few square miles, it still manages to offer excellent casual and creative fine dining, as well as all of the typical beach fare in a very low key setting. There are no other high-rises other than Sea Colony, and north and south of Bethany are only wild dunes and state parks. Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City are just a half-hour drive if you want to see a movie, drive go-karts or hit the outlets.
