This home also includes a furnished sunroom on the lower-level and a covered balcony off the top-floor, main bedroom. The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony.
