'Verouderd hotel , personeel is niet zo vriendelijk door onderbemaning. Diner et ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Drank in de all-in bars niet zo denderend. In de betalende bar iets beter maar daar werkt het personeel tegen de goesting. Hotel heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. '

'Everything is made super difficult by the staff. Everyone says something different. My wife and 2 small children got left at the marina by boat ferry captain igor because he has a “schedule” even though he went back to the hotel and when he came back he said ok now you can go back to the hotel. Literally left woman and children standing there in the heat. If you go to the beach early they won’t let you have the front row because it’s reserved so you msg the concierge and ask to reserve the front...

'Too much smook in a non smoking room. We asked the reception to change the room but they didn’t change the room. The manager didn’t even go to check the room. '

'Great hotel. Great location and. staff. I was under the impression the hotel is beachfront. It isn't. You have to go through a small tunnel and take a 5 min walk to their private area. Parking spots is a little limited and is tight. One night I had to park it on the ramp. I had another guest parked in front of me. Since it is so tight and narrow, I ended scratching the bumper on the car. Big bill. Besides that, the staff is super helpful and nice. I do recommend this hotel and would stay here...

'We hebben 7 nachten in dit hotel verbleven. Wij vonden het een erg prettig en schoon hotel . Het eten is erg goed en de vriedelijkheid is top. Wij hadden speciaal een hotel geboekt met zwembad. Het zwembad werd verbouwd en dus niet beschikbaar. Het zwembad was pas een dag voor vertrek beschikbaar. Wij zijn ontevreden over het feit dat dit vooraf niet is aangegeven.'
