Kies je hotel in Ysykköl

'Very nice hotel close to Issyk Kul. Lovely professional staff who were very helpful and provided exceptional service. Highly recommended. '

'The hotel has been conceived in a modern style but there is certainly no upkeep. Broken fixtures, lack of cleanliness, hot shower not working, blocked drains and many other issues spoiled our stay. Breakfast served in the room was a big disappointment. For the money charged, it should have been much better rather than a nominal cold platter with no variety at all. After a lot of debate (that wasted our time and took us off our holiday mood), we got 25% of the booking amount paid back into our...

'Friendly staff and great food at restaurant'

'Amazing stay. Friendly and super helpful staff. Felt like home. Super recommended '

'Novel Hotel is a relatively modern resort on the shores of Lake Issyk-kul. It's location is at the far end of the strip of resorts centered around Cholpon-Ata. There are only a few General stores around the local Village and no restaurants, so eating options are restricted to the resort itself. Careful with bringing groceries, but this is necessary as no dinner was available. The owner didn’t seem too interested in providing a good experience but maybe it was a cultural and language barrier. I didn’t like the floodlight 100 ft outside my room. Darkness to be able to appreciate the stars fully would be...

'Excellent hotel, would certainly recommend.'

Good: Price was good, scenery was excellent, environment was peaceful and quiet, cabin was well-maintained with good cooking/sleeping/bathroom facilities. Bad: We didn’t realize the resort was in a park and entrance tickets needed to be purchased daily, including for Yandex (Russian Uber) drivers. In addition, the Yandex price was a whopping 4-5 times higher to go to Karakol from Ski Paradise compared to ordering a ride around town. Ugly:...

'浴室の水はけが悪かった。 英語でのコミュニケーションが難しいのでgoogle translateは必須。 猫達やよく手入れされたきれいな庭園に癒された。 ホテルで提供する食事は、ホームメードの感じで普通のレストランでは味わえない。'
