'This property is in a great location, very quiet. The property was very clean and well taken care of. Lance was very responsive to all my questions. Great place and hope to stay there again. '

'Second floor cute apartment super close to LSU campus, but some travelers may not feel comfortable in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the hot water wasn’t working for our stay and the mattress springs poked us all night. Overall, the apartment is clean and has some nice amenities, but the bathroom smelled damp and the mat in the shower was gross. Communication with the owner was 5 stars and they apologized for the issues. Hopefully with some updates they can get 10/10 scores again.'

'We had the best time in Baton Rouge! This apartment was perfect. Well-appointed and close to everything. It was so nice to have some extra space with the 2 bedrooms after spending a bunch of nights in hotels. We also enjoyed relaxing in the living room and watching our Eagles win! Patrick was super responsive and accommodating too when I had a question. Great place, cute neighborhood- highly recommend. '
