Kies je hotel in Washington County

'My experience at this hotel wasn’t the best. I arrived after 11 o’clock the night of check in. I had to ring the bell. The lady at the front seen me and she never came to the door. She put her hand up and I still waited like 7 mins. Another worker let me in eventually. I checked in and then when I got to my room. I sat on the bed and it was super squeaky. The room service never came and cleaned the room out of the 3 days that I was there. I just had a bad experience at this hotel. I usually...

'One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel and certainly not expected at a Hilton property. We were running late in our day and called the hotel to let them know, they said “No problem” see you when you get here. Upon arrival though I was not given the room I booked (Two queen beds), I was given a room with 1 bed. I went up to the desk to ask about it and was told “the hotel is over booked and I arrived late” so I asked “If I would have been here earlier, I would have been given the...

'We enjoyed the property for a family gathering. Use of the common space for meeting family members was very useful.'

'Very polite staff, clean, good breakfast, felt safe and it was economical.'

'Front desk service was very poor. When checking in, it was at least 5 minutes until any hotel staff was visible. Upon leaving, no one was at the desk. It was very frustrating that I had to register for a Courtyard/Hyatt account before I could access wifi. The TV did not work...until we figured out how to reset it.'

'The room was filthy, the bathroom was gross, lots of loud people partying, bed had dirty sheets.'

'Receptionists were very helpful. Need to do better cleaning and ensure that the washbasins are not clogged'

'Although the room was clean, it appeared to have holes in the flooring under the rug, and in the bathroom linoleum. We felt like we had to watch where we walked. It definitely needs to get checked out. We were in the first room near the stairs going up, and we heard everyone who went up and down, so it was a bit noisy. It definitely needs some updating.'

'All was good with the facility. Noisemakers ( guests) was my only issue.'

'They sent us to the motel 6 which was disgusting, because they had rooms flooded for some reason or another.'

'Ice rooms'

'The hotel offered excellent service and an exceptional breakfast. It provided the highest quality sleeping experience, and the bath amenities were of a high standard.'

'Older property that needs maintenance: both treadmills were out of order, as were both bathrooms and the ice machine & drink machine on the 2nd floor. Carpet and curtains in hall and room need replacing. Was overpriced for all of that.'

'Good hotel for the price'
