« The apartment was beautiful, clean, roomy and functional. The checking process was confusing because confirmation email from Expedia did not have the owner 's contact numbers. Eventually, I got checked in with the help of a gentleman at Suri rental office and a kid who handled paperwork and handed me the keys. The property owner was also very nice. Love the ocean view from the balcony. »

« Room is not clean, the washing machine is dirty, I have to clean it before using. The check-in girl on the phone was fine but the girls that took our family to the room were so rude. The management is not professional. They didn't guide us how to use the pool, gym room, people there did not let us use it but they were listed on booking. The elevator is terrible. The biggest disappointment was they did not give us the room we booked. I had booked one week before our vacation for the whole family...
