Vakantiehuizen in Urfahr-Umgebung

'The room smelled and looked clean when we walked it. It was in a great location, we parked the car at a car park and then just walked everywhere until we left. Also nice to have 2 separate sleeping rooms.'

'There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all.'

'The property was very nicely loaded in the center of Cesky Krumlov. The view of the apartment was great. Size of the apartment is good. However the check-in instruction was terrible. The email sent earlier indicates a different property location. No parking related information at all. It didn’t alert guests that there is no parking allowed in the town. No parking lot recommendation. As we were redirected to the actual property with a large piece of luggage, the receptionist didn’t understand...

'Perfect! Modern and clean'

'Villa Harmony was the perfect accommodation for our family. Very comfortable and clean, excellent parking and close walking distance to the Old town.'

Hier komen we zeker terug '
