Home made delicious biscuits every night, setting up the fire and making sure the chalet is warm for your return. 'Prachtig groot appartement met veranda en schitterend uitzicht. Helaas wel erg koud. Er is vloerverwarming maar alleen in de slaapkamers. De vloerverwarming kwam heel langzaam om gang en het lukte niet om het huisje goed te verwarmen. De boiler lekte, de keukenvloer stond onder water. Duurde erg lang voordat dat verholpen werd. Niet erg vriendelijke service. Wel heerlijke bedden en prachtige badkamers, en een open haard met een mand met hout die we natuurlijk helemaal hebben opgestookt...'

'De lodge is te bereiken via een goede gravel road. Let op! Gebruik niet Google Maps want die leidt je over een afgesloten privat road. Het ligt ongeveer 5km van het stadje Hilton. De lodges zijn in nieuwstaat. Wij zaten in de Guiney Fowl lodge. Een prachtige huiskamer met houtkachel en schouw.
