'The room was beautifully clean and decorated well and had an en-suite bathroom and toilet. Very happy with the room and amenities. Unfortunately the owner had forgotten we were coming even though I had phoned her the night before. We arrived and spent 15 minutes in the dark and cold (3C) knocking on the door . No answer. No lights on. I tried ringing the mobile number 7x. Eventually it was picked up - she was at the gym! She told us how to get in, which was a relief as we were just about to go...
