'Nothing unique as WGI is a typical motel/Inn. We were only staying overnight as we had gone to the Army/Tulane game in West Point. The check-in staff were very thorough and helpful, especially when we asked for ideas to go eat and walk around. They recommended the quaint waterfront areas, one not too far from WGI or one just over that Tappan Zee to the Sleepy Hollow side. We chose the more local option and found a nice bar restaurant (the village inn) plus walked around the quaint and busy...

'This was conveniently located. It was a reasonable price. The staff were efficient does not have any extra amenities. The fixtures and whatnot were quite old but if you just need a clean place to stay without any frills, it’s OK plus there wasn’t any riffraff in the parking lot, very quiet.'

'Letterlijk resten van “nummer 2” in het toilet. De kamer werd wel verwisseld na 15 minuten wachten bij de balie. Het tapijt is duidelijk maanden dan geen jaren gereinigd, meubelen zijn oud en versleten, douche gordijn hing er duidelijk ook al langere tijd en was smerig. De kamer waarin wij verbleven heeft een goede grondige schoonmaak beurt nodig'

'Free parking. Easy access to highway and food places. The room was nice and clean but did not get serviced/cleaned subsequently - we didn't ask for it so it didn't happen automatically. The door handle to our room was very difficult and sometimes it took us several tries to get in the room. The air conditioning was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. On alternate days, there were soggy scrambled eggs vs nice omelettes. Oatmeal was runny and therefore not good for my taste. ...

'I had spoke to the front desk two days before I arrived for check-in to assure I was allowed early check-in and not to be charged for the first night due to a room change. Once I arrived, I was greeted by a very rude front desk woman who started the conversation by telling me I was going to pay $25 every hour. I was there early. She then continued to cut me off, telling me other things after telling her to let me finish she then explained she was the woman. I spoke to two days earlier as if the...

'Great visit and the grounds were clean. We enjoyed our stay very nice staff.'

'They did not clean the room. We found hair in the bathroom from a previous visitor. We had to ask for new towels. Some people smoked (pot) in their room(s). '

'The place was very clean and exactly as promised in the listing. It is in a great location, within a five minute walk to the town with all the shops and restaurants! Carolyn, the host was great with communication and everything from check in to check out went smoothly.'

'For the younger generation this place is the perfect place to be. For people our age (70’s) we were hoping for a little different. Hosts were great to deal with and the location was perfect. We also found it to be well maintained.'

'Great location for our trip to Manhattan and graduation at Tappan Zee high school for our niece. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk down to Main Street and have breakfast at the Art Cafe and go shopping. Mark and Jill were great hosts! Their hospitality has been the best we have ever had at a VRBO. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Nice place to relax and enjoy your away from home. To be there again soon. Owner was helpful throughout stay. Thanks see you again Fabian'

'Spacious house with amazing view. Owner was responsive to all needs and questions. Great location outside NYC and the small town of Piermont has a good selection of restaurants (and it’s a short drive to other quaint towns). We appreciated that house had a Christmas tree up for us and enjoyed fire pit by the river after the snow! Our family of 9 adults plus toddler and infant were very comfortable in the house - we loved our time there!'

'Well situated property close to village of Nyack. Our host was friendly and accommodating. Having a parking space is a huge plus in this part of town. The apartment is cozy and fit our group comfortably. Be advised that the rooms do not each contain a queen bed; the listing should be updated to specify that they contain a queen, full, and twin, respectively. '
